Where can I obtain the QuickQ installer?

The client is available on the official download page. Choose the Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android option matching your device, and the page directs you to the corresponding distribution address; use only the official quickq.dad entry and avoid third-party installers.

How should I operate QuickQ the first time?

After installation, launch QuickQ and sign in; the main screen displays the available routes. Select one and connect — once the connected status appears, you can start using it. First-time users can follow the tutorial step by step.

Does changing devices require re-registration?

When you change devices, reinstall the client and sign in with your original account — re-registration and extra payment are unnecessary. The number of devices signed in simultaneously is governed by your subscription plan; see the plans page for details.

What should I do when connecting keeps spinning?

Disconnect first, confirm the local network is working, then try another route. If it still stays on connecting, close QuickQ completely and reopen it; if the issue persists, check whether a system proxy or security program is blocking the client.

What helps when speed is unstable after connecting?

Stop bandwidth-heavy tasks such as downloads and video, then switch to a route with lower load; also confirm that no other VPN or proxy software is running to avoid conflicts with QuickQ. Testing at several different times helps separate route fluctuation from local bandwidth issues.

How is QuickQ account security maintained?

Recommendations: use an independent, hard-to-guess password, never reuse it on other sites, never disclose verification codes or account details, and obtain the client only from trusted entries such as quickq.dad — never from unknown or cracked installers.

How do I check whether my subscription is valid?

Sign in and open the account center to view the billing period, expiry date, and usage status; the purchase entry on the plans page provides the same information. After expiry, renew and sign in again to continue using the service.

Does my device support QuickQ?

QuickQ supports 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 and later, iOS 14 and later on iPhone and iPad, Android 8.0 and later, and Linux desktops on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Installation requires 2 GB or more of RAM and about 200 MB of free space; Linux builds follow the current download page.

How much is a QuickQ subscription?

There are three paid periods: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, all including supported devices and online help. The official site does not offer a permanent free version; we suggest starting with 1 month and choosing a longer period once it suits you. Prices and entitlements follow the plans page.

How will QuickQ handle my information?

According to the privacy policy, the necessary information QuickQ processes includes account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and diagnostic data, used for registration, subscription confirmation, service operation, and request handling, and for verification, delivery, security, stability, and legal obligations. Personal information is never sold; access control, transport protection, and internal reviews reduce risk. The complete rules are on the privacy policy page.

How many devices can one account keep online?

One account can be installed and signed in on multiple devices; each plan states its supported devices, and the number online simultaneously follows the plan description. When changing or adding a device, install the client on the new device and sign in with the original account — no re-registration or extra payment.

How can performance be improved after connecting?

Stop high-bandwidth tasks such as downloads and online video first, switch to a lower-load route, and confirm no other proxy or acceleration tool conflicts with QuickQ. Test several times at different hours to judge route fluctuation versus local bandwidth; if only one app is slow, review its network settings and cache.

How can the client source be confirmed reliable?

Download only through the official entry and verify the domain before installing; avoid third-party sites and cracked installers. If the system warns about an untrusted source, confirm the file truly came from the official entry, then allow it in system settings; for anything further, follow the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ.
